Press patch firmly onto skin Peel rest of the aluminium backing away. Apply the exposed sticky part of the chosen site. Select a dry, clean, hairless area of skin to apply the patch. Peel part of the aluminimum backing away. Wash your hands. Remove the patch from its sachet.
